Comments:
This week, we held Volleyball and Softball competitions. In the Year 2 Volleyball Tournament, Newham and Kitchener emerged as the winners in the semifinals against Wolseley and Beaconsfield, respectively. In the Inter-House Softball Tournament, Kitchener emerged as the winner with a score of 7-0, capitalizing on some issues that Wolseley faced in drafting their team.
Congratulations to all the winners and participants!
In addition to the Inter-House Competitions, students also participated in a variety of other sporting activities including basketball, futsal, Brazilian jiu jitsu, tennis, health and conditioning, handball, table tennis, circuit training, and more.

Comments:
The Finals and 3rd/4th Place Matches for the Year 1 Basketball Tournament and Year 3 Football Tournament were held this week. In the Year 1 Basketball Final, Wolseley won decisively over Kitchener with a 35-16. Meanwhile, Beaconsfield performed admirably to secure 3rd Place after defeating Newham 14-6. The Year 3 Football Final ended in a thrilling 2-2 tie, with Beaconsfield claiming victory by winning the penalty shootout 6-5. In the 3rd/4th Place Match, Newham easily secured the win with a score of 2-0. In addition to the Inter-House Competitions, students also participated in various other sports, including volleyball, softball, futsal, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, tennis, health and conditioning, handball, table tennis, and circuit training.

Comments:
This week we had the Finals and the 3rd/4th Place Matches for the Year 2 Basketball Tournament and the Year 1 Football Tournament.
Beaconsfield and Newham came close to winning the Year 2 Basketball Competition, with Beaconsfield just managing to overcome their opponents with 34-32. Wolseley came 3rd, beating Kitchener in the 3rd/4th Place Match 39-31.
In the Year 1 Football Final, Beaconsfield won comfortably 6-2, whilst the 3rd/4th Place Match ended at 2-2. The match was decided with penalties, with Newham winning 4-2.

Comments:
This week we had the Finals and the 3rd/4th Place Matches for the Year 3 Basketball Tournament and the Year 2 Football Tournament.
Beaconsfield and Kitchener battled it out in the Year 3 Basketball Final, with Kitchener winning the tournament 32-25.
Beaconsfield was also present in the Year 2 Football Final; however, they lost to Newham 5-2.
All matches were played in a great spirit of sportsmanship and positivity.

Comments:
We had the traditional 7-a-Side Competition between the Houses today. The rules for 7-a-Side are slightly different:
- Houses can register 10-12 players.
- Three substitutions only are allowed.
- Matches are 2x8 minutes with minimal breaks.
- Goals score 4 points, and corners score 1 point.
- There is no offsite.
- Free kicks cannot be played backwards.
- Instead of kick-off, the game starts with a drop ball.
Some great matches were played, and in the end, Wolseley won the tournament.

Year 3 started their Football Tournament with two very competitive games played. Beaconsfield and Kitchener will meet in the Final of the tournament.
