In our MFL department, learning goes beyond the classroom with a range of activities that bring languages and cultures to life. In Year 4, students can take part in trips to France, Germany, and Spain, giving them a chance to experience the language in real-world settings. We celebrate cultural events like Día de los Muertos, French crepe day and the German Christmas market, and students can display their creativity in competitions like Masterchef, Kangourou, and poetry contests. We also visit museums to explore history, art, and literature, making language learning more engaging and hands-on.
