Empowering Education: Advancing STEAM and Data Science through Erasmus+
We’re excited to announce that as part of our partnership in the Erasmus+ KA2 project, DataScEd4CiEn, and in collaboration with esteemed European universities and schools, our staff participated in a specialized training session on November 15, led by professors and researchers from European University Cyprus! Supported by a generous €400,000 Erasmus+ grant, this training provided our teachers with innovative tools and resources to integrate data science into our STEAM curriculum, empowering students to address critical issues like social justice and active citizenship.
The training covered essential modules, including data-centered education, practical data science skills, and interdisciplinary teaching strategies. Thanks to Erasmus+, we’re building a foundation for a socially aware, future-ready generation. We’re also thrilled to implement two exciting STEAM scenarios at our school in spring 2025!
