Ms Marilena Shakalli Maroudia,  
Member of The Board of Management

Marilena is the Director and Founder of M-Brace Ltd, a company dedicated to delivering top-tier leadership training, coaching, and coaching supervision services. Previously, she served as the Client Learning Lead at PwC’s Academy Cyprus for 13 years. 

Marilena holds a BSc in Management Sciences from the London School of Economics (LSE). She is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW). An accomplished trainer certified by the Cyprus Human Resource Development Authority (Cy-HRDA), she specialises in Business Skills as well as Financial Accounting and Reporting. 

Marilena is also an Accredited Coach and Mentor at the Senior Practitioner level under the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC). She focuses primarily on Executive, Leadership, and Skills coaching and is proud to be the first EMCC Global Accredited Coach and Mentor Supervisor in Cyprus.

Marilena spent eight years living and working in London, where she qualified as a Chartered Accountant and launched her career as a trainer with Kaplan Inc. With over 22 years of experience in learning, she has delivered seminars across the globe, immersing herself in diverse cultures and environments.

She is married and a mother of two children, aged 19 and 16.
