Meet our Chair and the members of the Board of Management.

Nicole Koulouroudia graduated from the English School in the year 2000. She studied Law and holds an LL(B)  from UEA and an LL(M) from University College London (UCL). She has also obtained a  Diploma in European Legal  Markets  from the Aristotle University of Greece and the  INSEAD Fintech Diploma. She is  a member of the Cyprus Bar Association.
She is a Legal Executive and Director with 17 years of extensive experience in guiding global business operations and projects. She has a diversified experience working in the legal profession, in the construction industry, oil and gas industry whilst also assisting with corporate restructurings and digital transformations.
She has worked extensively in the MENA region, Europe and the Eastern Europe for large international organizations including J&P (Overseas) and Avax SA. She has  participated in numerous Boards and several committees including Governance, Remuneration and HR Committess. She is currently the CLO of Avax ME and also acts as the Executive Director of an Oil and Gas corporation. 
She was appointed as a member of the English School Board of Management in February 2024.
