With over 25 years of expertise in human capital management, corporate governance, and strategic leadership, Evagoras has been instrumental in shaping talent strategies, optimizing workforce performance, and fostering high-impact cultures across organizations in Cyprus and internationally.
 
His 17-year tenure in HR management, executive training, and coaching, combined with his experience in Wealth Management and as a Non-Executive Director in several CIFs, AIFs, and payments companies, has given him deep insights into regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and leadership development.
 
As a renowned trainer and executive coach, Evagoras has delivered over 12,000 hours of training, coaching, and mentoring, empowering executives, professionals, and organizations. His expertise spans leadership development, resilience, culture empowerment, positive communication, and performance optimization. In addition to his corporate training and coaching engagements, he has served as a visiting lecturer at the Police Academy since 2010.
