Meet our Chair and the members of the Board of Management.

Kypros is a practicing lawyer with over 20 years post qualification experience and a licensed insolvency practitioner. He is a founding partner of the law firm Hadjianastassiou, Ioannides LLC, a member of the Deloitte Legal network. He holds a BA
in law and an MA from the University of Cambridge and was called to the Bar by the Honourable Society of the Middle Temple.

Kypros was the lecturer and examiner in Company Law of the Cyprus Legal Council for 17 years, he served as president of the Companies and Capital Markets Committee of the Cyprus Bar Association, and is an appointed expert on the Company Law Steering Committee of the Ministry of Finance for the Modernisation of the Companies Law.

He was a member of the board of the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CYSEC) from 2014 to 2016 and he chaired the Company Law Working Group of the European Union Council during the Cypriot Presidency in the second half of 2012. 

He is a member of the Board of Management of The English School Nicosia and a member of the Appeals Tribunal of the Cyprus Football Association.
