The legacy of a dear

teacher and friend

The one year memorial was held on 18th April in the School Hall in honour of our dear
friend and teacher George Hadjigeorgiou, attended by members of the school
community past and present. It was an evening of memories, as well as a celebration
of George’s legacy, with speeches reprinted below.

Τελικά παραπλανηθήκα ε.

ούτε από τα τεράστια κόκκινα τριαντάφυλλα που α έφερνε .
Είναι το άρω α τη αγάπη και τη ανιδιοτελού προσφορά .

Να ρωτήσει για την καινούρια θεατρική παράσταση που ανεβάζει

Να καθήσει ανά εσα στη Σταυρούλα Α πίζα και σ’ ε ένα,
Να ε ενη ερώσει για τη διάλεξη του καθηγητή Μπα πινιώτη,
Να είσαι ο αδερφό α στο σχολείο…

Ο Γιώργο δεν είναι αζί α πια εδώ και ένα χρόνο. Από τότε ο κόσ ο Ξεχώριζε για τη γενναιοδωρία του και τη νοικοκυροσύνη του. Ετοί αζε
α έχει αλλάξει. Έχει γίνει πολύ πιο φτωχό . Ειδικά για όλου ε ά αρ ελάδε , παλουζέ, πρόσφερε γκρέιπφρουτ, πό ελα και πορτοκά-
στο τ ή α των αθη ατικών, στην Αγγλική Σχολή, τίποτα δεν θα λια σε όλου αδιάκριτα, αθητέ και καθηγητέ . Πάντα φρόντιζε να
είναι το ίδιο πλέον. υπάρχουν εποχιακά λουλούδια στην αίθουσα καθηγητών και στου
διαδρό ου .
He is in our hearts and minds all the time. We see his presence in the
