Requirements

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Civil Engineering or Architecture degree
  • 5+ years of experience in a relevant environment and especially in buildings construction
  • Listed building restoration/maintenance experience would be considered an advantage
  • Experience in project planning, budgeting, and execution.
  • Strong technical knowledge of infrastructure, safety, and compliance systems.
  • Computer literate
  • Excellent command of the English and Greek Language
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to meet deadlines
