Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- First Degree in Mathematics or Primary Education.
- Familiarity with the Year 5 and 6 primary school curriculum
- Available to be trained as a UCMAS teacher
- Experience in teaching preparatory mathematics lessons to year 5 and year 6 primary school students would be considered an advantage
- Teaching experience with primary-school-age children would be considered an advantage.
- Knowledge and experience of using ICT to enhance classroom teaching are desirable
- Excellent spoken and written command of the English Language
