Please bear in mind that our school provides only soft copies of reports.

You will be able to access your child’s Year 5 Mock Report or Year 4 Greek Mock Report on the ES Portal.
For those who have misplaced their ES Portal logins from the last report season, we offer a help desk for your convenience. Please call 22 799 327 to receive live assistance on how to navigate through the portal or change logins. The help desk will run on Wednesday, February 8th from 14:30 to 16:30.
The procedure for password recovery is included below.
Procedure for Password Recovery via Phone
Upon requesting new logins by phone, please be prepared to provide us with your child’s form, date of birth, student ID number, and Cypriot ID number.
Alternatively, you can send an email to esd@englishschool.ac.cy with your login requests or technical issues.
Procedure for Password Recovery via Email
For verification purposes, you must provide the following information when requesting new logins:
i.Your primary email address (the email address in the school’s database)
ii.The student’s ID number (example: s1400X)
iii.The student’s form group
iv.The student’s Cypriot ID number
Please email requests to the help desk. As well as providing us with the above-mentioned information, you must specify if you are requesting a password or both a username and password.
The help desk personnel will respond to your request via email, providing your username and/or password and instructions on how to change your password after it has been reset.
Please keep a note of your logins once you have changed your password.
