The English School is proud to be a partner in the Erasmus+ DIGIPRENEUR project, an exciting European initiative that equips young people with the digital competences, creativity and entrepreneurial mindset needed to succeed in an increasingly digital world.
As part of the project, the school welcomed students and teachers from Germany, Finland, Portugal and Italy during an Erasmus+ mobility week held from 19–23 January. Together with members of The English School Erasmus+ Club from Years 1–3, participants took part in the DIGIPRENEUR Pilot Training, an inspiring international learning experience that brought together approximately 60 students from five European countries.
Throughout the week, students worked collaboratively in mixed international teams, exploring digital skills and entrepreneurial thinking through innovative, engaging and hands-on activities. The programme encouraged participants to think creatively, solve real-world challenges, communicate across cultures and develop practical solutions using digital technologies.
The pilot training demonstrated that learning extends far beyond the classroom. Through teamwork, creativity, problem-solving and active participation, students developed valuable future-ready skills while building lasting friendships with their European peers. The experience also promoted intercultural understanding, confidence and collaboration—key values at the heart of the Erasmus+ Programme.
The English School remains committed to providing meaningful international learning opportunities that prepare students to become responsible, innovative and globally minded citizens. We are proud to contribute to the DIGIPRENEUR project and look forward to continuing our work with our European partners to empower the next generation of digital entrepreneurs.
