Coming together is the BEGINNING, Keeping together is PROGRESS, Working together is SUCCESS - Henry Ford

The English School Nicosia will be hosting twelve Erasmus + teachers from six EU countries for their first project meeting taking place between the 28th of February and the 1st of March.
The aim will be to set the foundations for consistent and solid three year collaboration between the seven schools.

The three days of meetings are the first sessions of the nine transnational meetings which will take place throughout the current Erasmus+ project "VISIONS OF MY "FUTURE-ME".

Run by the respective schools from Norway, Finland, Germany, Poland, Spain, Portugal and Cyprus the project involves students from year 2 who have committed themselves for three years to the project and became engaged to ideals and values of the EU, targeted for this project. The seven country students will benefit from the pleasure of working with their European peers and discovering that collaboration with each other is creative and helps build a healthy social environment for their adulthood as EU citizens.

Their focus will also be their European identity, current and future values, developing digital competence, visions and strategies for their future in the world of work, communication skills with their European peers while respecting the basic rules of etiquette.

This is the fourth EU project of this kind that The English School runs together with the schools from Germany and Poland and the second one with the schools from Finland, Spain and Portugal. It is unquestionably the fruitful collaboration held between the partners through the various projects and above all, the positive spirit of will to create together for a common benefit. On these grounds we are laying our hopes for a most successful Erasmus+ project 2015-2018.
