Leavers’ Dance 2016
ESPA is pleased to announce that this year’s Leavers’ Dance will take place on Wednesday 29th June 2016, at 8:00pm at the Hilton Cyprus.
Please note that this year's Leaders' Dance will take place at the Hilton Cyprus Hotel, 98 Archbishop Makarios III Ave. Nicosia, and not the Hilton Park Hotel as initially communicated.
The ESPA would like to inform you about the general arrangements for this year's Leavers' Dance:
Tickets & Seating:
Tickets are priced at €45 per person. Leavers are allowed to bring as many guests as they wish, provided they have all purchased tickets. Leavers are not required to purchase tickets. Leavers are allowed to invite one guest each, but their guest will need to buy a ticket.
The ESPA Council Reservation Team will be at the school Common Room from Tuesday 21st until Friday 24th of June from 2:00pm - 4:00pm selling tickets.
Only cash, cheques and prepaid receipts from the JCC Smart, ESPA account site, will be accepted for ticket purchases. No seating arrangements can be made unless tickets are paid.
The Reservation Team will have a diagrammatic layout of the ballroom area for ease of the seating allocation. There will be a separate students area and a parents/guests area. The tables will be of 10-12 persons and will be booked on a first come first served basis. When arranging your seating, please make sure you state the number of your guests and/or if you would like to share a table with another family or families.
Please note that no changes to the seating arrangements can be made after Friday 24th of June.
Yearbook 2016:
The yearbook is priced at €45 and will be available to purchase at the school Common Room from Tuesday 21st until Friday 24th of June from 2:00pm - 4:00pm. Same payment arrangements apply. Please note that there will be one yearbook available per student and no yearbooks will be available for purchase after Friday 24th of June.
JCC Payment:
For JCC pre-payments, you can use the JCC Smart, ESPA account (under professional bodies and associations) or follow this link: https://www.jccsmart.com/eBills/Welcome/Index/25172016
Please state the number of tickets you are purchasing and/or yearbook in the "Name of Pupil" field and ignore the IDs. Fill the rest of the fields as per directions. Please remember to bring the printed JCC payment receipt with you to the RT, so that you can arrange your seating reservations and/or to obtain your yearbook.
Leaders' Dance Evening Arrangements:
A seating plan will be on display at the entrance of the ballroom, in alphabetical order of the parents' names. Assistance will also be provided to guide guests to their tables. Upon arrival to the hotel, students will be accomodated in the Akamas meeting area, until their entrance in the ballroom in proper celebration. Can all parents and guests be seated by 8:15pm the latest, for the Leavers entrance at 8:30pm.
Sponsors:
For any parents wishing to sponsor this year's Leavers' events, the sponsorship has been set at €200. The sponsorship will allow preferential pre-booking arrangement for VIP seating at the Leavers’ Dance and promotion of the sponsor at the same event.
