Our Junior Students Shine in Nicosia Athletics Competition
Our Junior Athletics Team made a remarkable impression on the first day of the Nicosia Athletics Competition. The event took place on a beautiful sunny day, and the young athletes put on an impressive display of sportsmanship, grit, and determination.
The competition was fierce, with participants from various schools competing in different track and field events. The atmosphere was electrifying as parents, teachers, and friends cheered on the young athletes. The first day saw our junior students excel in the Triple Jump category.
Myra Ioanna from 3W secured the first position with an outstanding jump, showing excellent technique and coordination. She was followed closely by Eleni Kirmizis from 2B, who grabbed the second position with an impressive jump. Katerina Hajigeorgh from 2J came second in discuss.
The school management and the PE Department congratulate all the young athletes who participated in the competition. We are immensely proud of their performance, and they have made the school community proud too. Their hard work and dedication have paid off, and we look forward to their success in the upcoming track events tomorrow.
