Scoring for Change: The Futsal Tournament Fundraiser

The Justice Project is a student led movement that fights for the rights of women, refugees, ethnic minorities and the LGBT+ community in Cyprus. It was founded by 3 English School graduates (Eleni Courea, Antonis Michael and Rajiv Hurhangee) and in Cyprus it is run by 5 students, 2 of them being current ES students (myself and Zoe Kassinis) The movement is supported by 100+ volunteers, many from the ES, and 16 school Ambassadors which represent TJP in schools, 2 in the ES (Lukas J Irwin and Georgia Papamarkide).

Our upcoming event is entitled 'Scoring for Change' a futsal tournament in aid of refugees. All money raised will be donated to the UNHCR in support of their work for refugees and the winning team will win €100.
The event is organised in collaboration with the UNHCR and the UCY.
