Young Engineers Blaze the Track at F1 in Schools Entry Class Competition

Our Year 2 students participated in an adrenaline-filled and inspiring F1 in Schools Entry Class event, showcasing creativity, engineering excellence, and team spirit. The event, which has been embedded into our Year 2 curriculum for many years now, is part of the global F1 in Schools STEM Challenge and gives students a unique opportunity to experience the excitement of Formula 1 racing while developing key skills in engineering, design, marketing, and teamwork.
F1 in Schools is an internationally acclaimed competition where students design, build, and race miniature Formula 1 cars using CAD/CAM software, bringing the world of motorsport into the classroom in an exciting and educational way.
This year’s competition saw an impressive lineup of talent, with teams demonstrating innovation in design and professionalism in presentation. Following two months of tireless preparation, the teams competed firstly with Class Races and then in Race day. The top honors were awarded to the following outstanding teams:
