The English School EYP Club Excels at Pascal EYP Mini-Session
The English School EYP Club continues to shine as its students demonstrated exceptional prowess at the recent Pascal EYP mini-session held on Saturday, 25th November. The session was graced by our very own Gavriel Georgiou, Eutichia Floridou, and Elay Sener from Year 6, who chaired the ITRE committee (Committee on Industry, Research, and Energy). This committee comprised 20 Year 5 delegates who collectively engaged in spirited debates and discussions.
Our students not only relished the experience but also honed their debating skills during this enlightening session. The ITRE committee achieved remarkable success by passing their resolution during the General Assembly, a testament to their dedication and hard work. To top it off, they were honored with the prestigious Best Committee award, marking a significant achievement for The English School EYP Club.
The Board of EYP Club and our dedicated EYP teacher co-coordinators couldn't be prouder of our students' outstanding performance in this external school session. The success achieved at Pascal EYP mini-session has set the stage for the upcoming ES EYP Club Internal General Assembly, scheduled for Saturday, 8th, and Sunday, 9th December.
The Internal General Assembly promises to be an enriching event, bringing together a total of 200 English School students who have joined the club this year. It provides a unique opportunity for them to further develop their debating skills and immerse themselves in the world of Model European Parliament.
As we applaud our students' achievements at Pascal EYP mini-session, we eagerly anticipate the upcoming Internal General Assembly, which will undoubtedly be a remarkable experience for all participants. The English School EYP Club continues to inspire excellence and foster the growth of our students' talents in the field of debate and diplomacy.
Stay tuned for more updates as we celebrate our students' accomplishments on this incredible journey!
