The visit was an enrichment activity for History of Cyprus, which is part of the Modern Greek A' Level syllabus.
The students were given the opportunity to see personal belongings of EOKA Fighters, a series of photographs of the Greek Cypriot protests, the arrests of Protestants and the sacrifice of some of the heroes and to find out more information on heroes like Gregoris Afxentiou and Michalakis Karaolis.
This visit gave the students a better understanding about the Liberation Struggle 1955-59.
