Senior Girls Volleyball Team Competes with Determination

Our newly formed Senior Girls Volleyball Team proudly represented The English School in the Nicosia Schools Competition last week, facing the formidable Latsia Lyceum. Known as one of the tournament’s favorites, Latsia Lyceum posed a challenging match from the outset.

Despite the tough competition, our girls displayed remarkable resilience, playing with enthusiasm and determination. Although the final score did not swing in our favor, the team’s spirit remained high, embracing the experience as a valuable learning opportunity.

As a young and ambitious team, they are focused on building their skills, enhancing their teamwork, and strengthening their performance in future competitions. The girls’ dedication and sportsmanship are commendable, promising an exciting journey ahead.
