Meeting Sir Paul Nurse, FRS

Past and present English school students had the opportunity to pose for a photo with Nobel Laureate Sir Paul Nurse, after attending his lecture of Academic Excellence. 

His talk presented his research group’s findings on kinases that control the cell cycle in the yeast strain Cerevisiae pome. Sir Paul Nurse is the director at the Francis Crick Institute.
