A Distinctive Performance!

When the Music Department received the results of the latest Rockschool Music Exams, it came as no surprise that Eric Tchalikian (5J) had passed his Guitar Grade 8 exam with a remarkably high grade which granted him a Distinction.

Eric is a GCSE Music student and has been performing at various events since his early years here at our school. Always enthusiastic to collaborate with others or to play and sing solo, Eric also enjoys composing his own music.  This past year among other appearances, Eric took part in Talent Night with a dynamic performance of the song This Life. He was also a guitarist for the band of the school’s musical, Grease.

Eric is a member of the Music Department’s Instrumental programme and he worked towards his exam under the guidance of his teacher, Mr Odysseas Toumazou.
Congratulations Eric, and we are looking forward to enjoying more of your fantastic singing and guitar playing in the new academic year!
