The Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award Presentation Ceremony

On Tuesday 28^th June 2022 we held a Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award Presentation Ceremony at the Newham Building Quadrangle. 

We were delighted to welcome back to the school Mr Elias Pantelides, English School Graduate 1973 and Gold Award Holder, as a guest of honour. 
 
Since the last Award Presentation Ceremony, the school has seen a total of 338 Award completions (189 Bronze Awards, 134 Silver Awards and 15 Gold Awards). It is worth noting that the Award Centre at The English School has ranked 2^nd across hundreds of Awards Centres around the world with the greatest number of Award completions since the start of the pandemic in January 2020, which is an incredible accomplishment.
