The English School Hosts Nicosia Private Schools U15 Girls Futsal Tournament

On Wednesday, 22nd January, The English School proudly hosted the Nicosia Private Schools U15 Girls Futsal Tournament, bringing together some of the finest young football talents from across Nicosia and Cyprus.

The competition was intense and skillful, with teams demonstrating exceptional technique, teamwork, and passion for the game. The English School Girls’ Football Team put on an outstanding display, securing three impressive victories throughout the tournament.

• The English School 7 - 3 The Grammar School
• The English School 5 - 0 American Academy
• Final Match: The English School 0 - 2 Forum

After an incredible run, the girls faced a strong opponent in the final match against Forum and finished as runners-up. Their journey was marked by exceptional skill, creativity, and dedication, scoring a total of 15 goals and proudly securing 2nd place in the tournament.
