Submitting Options to the School

The English School
Year 3, Year 5 and Year 6 students will be able to submit their options, on the on-line tool between Monday, 23rd January 2017 and Monday, 6th February 2017. 

Dear Students and Parents of Year 3, Year 5 and Year 6,

Further to the information already provided the online system for submitting student options to the School will be activated on Monday, 23rd January 2017.


Each student has been provided with a username and password (sent to the students’ school email and through the Form Tutors).  Once logged-in the relevant form should be completed following the instructions provided online.  Students / parents should also bear in mind any other requirements / restrictions which have already been explained.


The deadline to complete this is on Monday, 6th February 2017.  Please ensure that your options are on the School system by this date at the latest.

Please follow these steps to enter your choices on-line using “TOOLS” system.

To start TOOLS, type the following URL into your internet browser:




Then login using your personal details sent to your school email address and through your Form Tutor.

Once in TOOLS, you should carefully read the school requirements and by clicking on “Extra information: Click here for an example” to view an example on how to do your submission.
